By using Little Outings (the "site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site is

Little Outings is a free planning tool that lists family events and places near a ZIP code, with dates, hours, price information and weather notes gathered from public sources. There are no accounts and nothing to buy on the site itself.

Information can change, so please verify it

We work to keep listings accurate. Event details are checked on organizers' official pages, and verified prices show the date we checked them. Even so, events get canceled, hours and prices change, ticket fees may apply, weather forecasts are estimates, and price levels such as "$$" are our estimates. Always confirm details with the venue, organizer or ticket seller before you go. Age suggestions and indoor/outdoor labels are general guidance, not a promise that something suits your child.

Your family's safety

You decide whether an event or place is right and safe for your family, and you're responsible for supervising your children. Follow each venue's rules and take weather (including Arizona heat) into account.

We're independent

Little Outings is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Ticketmaster or any venue, organizer or business we list, unless a listing is clearly labeled otherwise. Names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Tickets and outside websites

Links to Ticketmaster, venue and organizer websites, and Google Maps go to sites we don't control. Any purchase you make there is between you and that seller, under its terms. Tickets for listings provided by Ticketmaster are sold by Ticketmaster under the Ticketmaster Terms of Use.

Fair use of the site

Please use the site for personal, non-commercial planning. Don't scrape it, send automated bulk requests, try to disrupt it, or copy its listings to build another service. Some data comes from third parties under their own licenses (see About & data sources).

Removal and correction requests

If you own or run an event or venue and want a listing corrected or removed, email wu.gb.2626@gmail.com. We aim to act on removal requests within 24 hours.

No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that listings are complete, accurate or current, or that the site will always be available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Little Outings and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses from relying on information on the site or from events, venues, purchases or third-party websites.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Continuing to use the site afterward means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
